Refunds

All sales are final at Purpose Garden Collective. Due to the custom print-on-demand nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size selected, or buyer's remorse.

We will gladly assist you if your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and we will work with our team and fulfillment partner to provide a replacement or store credit.

For publishing services and digital products, we do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to offer store credit or a discount toward a future purchase as a courtesy.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer where applicable.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement through our fulfillment partner at no additional cost to you.

For sizing concerns, please refer to the size guide on each product page before purchasing. We are not responsible for incorrect sizes selected at checkout.

For publishing services and digital products, exchanges are not applicable. Store credit or a discount toward a future purchase may be offered at our discretion.

Once we've reviewed your claim and photos, we will notify you of our decision within 3-5 business days. If approved, you will receive store credit or a discount code toward a future purchase via email.
